Set upon 3.5 acres beside a gentle creek, Bellbird Retreat Berry embodies a harmonious blend of natural splendour and modern comfort for up to six guests. Listen to the melodious chorus of bird songs as you soak in the northern aspect and majestic views that stretch across the valley.

Step into the architect-designed main house, where expansive decks beckon for al fresco dining and moments of relaxation amidst the breathtaking scenery. Inside, discover a haven of contemporary elegance and warmth, where every detail has been thoughtfully curated for your comfort and enjoyment.

Adjacent to the main house lies a beautifully restored dairy cottage, offering 2 additional bedrooms and living area for extra privacy and space. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, Bellbird Retreat comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it an ideal sanctuary for families or groups of friends seeking a tranquil getaway.

There is an ensuite bathroom in the main house (please note the toilet is separate just outside the bedroom door), and features a shower and large bath. The Cottage has a bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet.

You will be greeted by the spacious, light, and airy open-plan chef's kitchen and dining area. It's fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, Nespresso Coffee machine, and quality appliances. You'll also find an extensive collection of crockery and cutlery, along with a variety of pots and pans, ensuring your culinary experience is as enjoyable as it is convenient.

The kitchen forms part of the large open-plan lounge room where guests come together throughout their stay for entertaining, to enjoy a morning coffee sitting in the sun on the north-facing deck or an afternoon cocktail on the southeast-facing deck. The lounge area opens up to these two outdoor spaces, inviting the natural surroundings inside. As the doors slide open, you'll feel the gentle breeze and hear the sounds of nature, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The abundant natural light and lush greenery make the space feel like a true retreat, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether you prefer curling up with a book on the built-in seat along the wall or enjoying a movie on the smart TV, the lounge offers a versatile and comfortable environment for all your leisure activities.
