Nelson's Landing is located in a peaceful part of Vincentia which backs onto the reserve behind Nelson's Beach. This large home on one level is perfect for a family group, including your four legged friend. With a large deck and BBQ area Nelson's Landing is a great place to relax and enjoy your south coast holiday.

Nelson's Landing is a single storey home with split level back decks. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a gorgeous fully fenced front courtyard/lawn with quiet sitting areas, an undercover deck at the back of the house, and open plan living areas.

Newly renovated (not yet shown in photos) The fully equipped kitchen creates a central space between the lounge and dining areas, and overlooks and opens out to the back deck. There is a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, Nespresso Coffee machine as well as a grinder coffee machine.
L I V I N G ~ A N D ~ E N T E R T A I N M E N T
There are multiple living spaces which allow for plenty of room to find your spot to relax. The lounge area has a Smart TV where guests can settle in and stream movies (using their own streaming service). Off the dining area, there is a sunny space with lounge seating, the perfect place to sit and read a book. The third living area is off the kitchen and opens out to the undercover back deck where guests can sit and enjoy a drink and BBQ.
L O C A T I O N
Nelsons Beach is a short walk via the walking track (which is right on your doorstep, through the backyard gate) and is also dog-friendly. Blenheim Beach and Greenfields Beach are also close by, and you can walk to these beaches (and Hyams Beach) via the White Sands Walk, a beautiful coastal bush walk through Jervis Bay National Park. The local shops are just a 5 minute drive from the house, and Huskisson a 10 minute drive.

Outdoor Space: Good sized fully fenced backyard with split level decked area. Covered deck with BBQ and outdoor dining setting. Additional deck with 2nd outdoor seating. Outdoor shower in back garden and 2 clothes lines. One in garage and one on the left hand side of house. Front yard is grassed and private.
Pets: Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted to stay but must not sit or sleep on any beds or furniture. Nearby Nelson Beach is dog friendly

Prices are for up to 8 guests (maximum of 8 guests plus infant in port a cots).

P E A K ~ B O O K I N G S
Bookings over Christmas and New Year are a minimum of 5 nights. Please ensure that bookings in peak summer holiday season don't leave a gap of less than the 5 nights at the beginning or end of your stay
