We are a family owned and run microbrewery in South Nowra, NSW. We love craft beer, just as much as we love our Huskies! Just like the Huskies iconic blue eyes and furry coat, we want to create beer… that is just as distinctive and loved. Our taproom is the best place to try our beers, either with a paddle or a schooner, along with your family and friends (both human and dog alike).

Gerringong locals, Father and Son Steve and Andrew, founded Stoic in 2018 with a vision of creating a space where the community can come together and enjoy locally brewed beer and cider in amongst the… vats. A place that feels like home with a community of people that feel like family. Our most important goal at Stoic is to brew the best beer that we possibly can and to maintain a very high standard of product and service. We invest in quality ingredients, always pursuing excellence, for a great brew is created not just with shovelfuls of random grain and hops, but each one is specifically designed by our passionate brew team to contain the maximum amount of flavour. We research and invest time and knowledge into each stage of making each beer, love the challenge of creating new beer styles with new and exciting hops and ingredients, and we chase perfection in every Stoic brew.

Flamin Galah Brewing Co was founded in 2018 by owners Sam and Claire Hewson, who were both born and bred in Jervis Bay NSW. Head brewer and former builder by trade, Sam built the brewery with the help… of his team in early 2021. Opening the doors in May, The Galah has quickly become a locals favourite hang out. The newly renovated brewery is located at unit 8 / 5 Erina Road Huskisson in the Huskisson Industrial Estate. Sip on a tasting paddle or glass of our ‘flamin good beer’ while admiring the brew system. With a large beer garden and modern decor its Jervis Bays newest hidden gem. For the four founding directors of Jervis Bay Brewing Co., it’s all about putting fun before formality, people before profit and nature before numbers. Roaster Pip de Pulford specialises in authentic 50’s flavoursome mid / northern Italian style espresso. Having trained under Barry Constable whose knowledge of authentic espresso roasting originated… in the 1950’s Florence cafe scene. You are either contemporary or authentic. Each Hyper Hyper Barista makes each cup for each customer, or we just don’t supply them.

Freediving is the most direct and intimate way to explore the ocean, as well as the workings of your body and mind. EVERYONE can do it, and no prior experience is needed. Jervis Bay is Australia’s deepest harbour, and with its crystal clear water, abundance of marine life and the dramatic cliffs that stand watch, there is no better place to learn. Freediving will improve your confidence in the ocean and your mental clarity outside of it! We train under the Molchanov… system, the most current and advanced Freediving training system in the world.

Jervis Bay and its surrounding suburbs offer magnificent views of white sands, clear blue waters and bushland. The area has an excellent network of shared cycle ways and footpaths; providing cyclists… with easy access to the natural environment and beauty of the region. Experienced riders have the opportunity to leave the cycleway and explore Booderee National Park, Bherwerre Beach, Caves Beach and the Botanical Gardens. Whether your stay in Jervis Bay is for a few hours or a few weeks a bicycle is a great way to get around for the whole family.

The Jervis Bay Maritime Museum features a world renowned collection of maritime artefacts and navigational and surveying instruments.  The Museum exhibits a range of nautical equipment, models, photographs,… paintings, drawings and objects relating to the history and heritage of the Jervis Bay area. The Museum is also home to the historic c1911 Lady Denman Ferry, the only surviving wooden Sydney Harbour Ferry as well as other historic vessels. Located in Huskisson, Jervis Bay, the Museum enjoys a waterfront location on Currambene Creek. Positioned in a beautiful bush setting in Jervis Bay, the complex includes a large recreation area with native gardens, a mangrove boardwalk, fish feeding pond, boathouse and historic buildings.

The Royal Australian Navy invites you, your family and friend to visit the Fleet Air Arm Museum at HMAS Albatross Nowra. Explore and experience the story of Naval Aviation from its beginnings to the present… day. The Fleet Air Arm Museum consists of a large main facility, based on the design of an aircraft hangar, located within the heritage precinct at the entrance to HMAS Albatross. As well as the main aircraft exhibition Gallery and supporting galleries, there is also a museum souvenir and gift.

The Worrigee Links golf course opened in January 2005 has been a huge hit for the Shoalhaven. With big undulating greens , wide fairways, surrounded by bunkers, this 18 hole, Par 70 layout presents itself… as a challenging, yet very fair golf course, no matter what your level of play, and with the beautiful vista over the farmland to Coolangatta and Cambewarra mountains.

Booderee is Aboriginal land. Parks Australia works hand in hand with the Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community to manage Booderee, using a mix of traditional knowledge and modern science. Crystal-clear waters… meet beautiful white sand beaches, while high cliffs overlook the majestic Pacific Ocean. Booderee National Park features extraordinary native wildlife and is adorned with expansive botanic gardens.

Pigeon House Mountain Didthul walking track is one of the best walks in Morton National Park and on the south coast. The walk is in the park’s southern section. The walk is pretty steep in parts, but… terrific views make it worthwhile. You’ll hike through forest, heathland and age-old sandstone before coming to the best part – negotiating a series of ladders that lead you to the summit and the view. Take in the captivating sight of cliffs and gorges within the Budawang Wilderness, all carved by the Clyde River. On clear days, you may be able to see as far as Jervis Bay and Bermagui. You might even spot a lyrebird along the final portion of the track, where you can also check out rare Pigeon House Ash eucalypts. Enjoy some lunch at the top of the mountain, or head back down to the picnic area at the start of the walk for a well-deserved lunch.

Belmore Falls walking track near Kangaroo Valley offers no shortage of lookouts and sensational southern highland, waterfall and sandstone flora views. The walk starts at the Hindmarsh lookout carpark,… with a magnificent view of Kangaroo Valley. Follow the signs around the escarpment to several lookouts, the last of which provides views of the waterfall. Typical sandstone flora is a special feature of this walk, including flowers such as honey flower, banksia, wattle and tea-tree.

A place where waterfalls tumble into a lush tangle of subtropical forest and vines, and where wallabies and elusive platypuses live alongside bowerbirds and king parrots, the Minnamurra Rainforest is like… a Jurassic landscape that time forgot – with a distinct Australian twist. Located at the eastern edge of immense Budderoo National Park, Minnamurra is the gateway to all manner of nature-based activities, from family-friendly walks to clifftop treks.

Located in the Budderoo National Park, the spectacular Carrington Falls drop over 50 metres down into the Kangaroo River. Surrounded by a range of well developed walking trails with access to several… lookouts, the waterfall can be viewed from a variety of vantage points including an accessible track. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for the array of native flora and fauna throughout the National Park, including wildflowers and birdlife.

One of the most spectacular waterfalls in Australia, the Fitzroy Falls in the beautiful Morton National Park plunges dramatically into the untouched valley 81m below. Visit this breathtaking location to… enjoy views from escarpment lookouts, explore winding forest trails dotted with wildflowers, and spot rare native birds and wildlife.

Mountain Ridge is a family run farm, vineyard, restaurant, market garden and home on the rise up to Cullungutti Mountain. The property encompassing Silos Estate was established by John Wiley (a Scot) in 1870 who bought the land and began the farming of the property nearly 150 years ago.  For a lengthy period of time the… property was a dairy, and many of the old farm buildings form part of the current  estate operations today. Since 1984 the property has changed hands several times, with various owners restoring the buildings, planting the vineyard and establishing the restaurant and cellar door.

Two Figs Winery was established in 2003 by Shayne Bricker and his wife, Alison. Our winery can be found on the corner of Back Forest Road, 12 km from Berry, in the New South Wales wine region of the Shoalhaven… Coast. Two Figs Winery earned its name from two Moreton Bay Fig trees found on the property’s original driveway.

Crooked River Wines is a proudly family-owned and operated winery. It is situated at Gerringong on the beautiful south coast of New South Wales. Our vineyard was established in 1998 in the rich volcanic… alluvial soil of Gerringong, in a valley with amazing views of the mountains and the sea.
