High in the trees with filtered views out to Jervis Bay, The Treehouse is a light-filled beach house built for people — and pets — to spread out. Soaring cathedral ceilings and open-plan living open onto a wrap-around deck wrapped in greenery, made for a long summer BBQ or a slow winter lunch by the fire.
Set over two storeys, four bedrooms and three bathrooms sleep up to 12 with children (maximum 8 adults), comfortably hosting two or three families. Both upstairs bedrooms have king beds, a third has a queen, and the downstairs rumpus is a kids' favourite — six single beds, its own lounge and TV, underfloor heating and an ensuite with a bath.
The open-plan kitchen is made for a crowd, with a big island bench, dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven and a Nespresso machine. When the weather cools, the slow-combustion fireplace takes over (wood supplied), with underfloor heating downstairs and heating throughout. The Smart TV takes your own streaming logins, and there's fast wifi when you need it.
Outside your door is the best of Vincentia: Blenheim Beach is about a five-minute walk, with Greenfields and Nelsons beaches close by. Follow the White Sands Walk around the coast to Hyams Beach, or take the bike path all the way into Huskisson for breakfast. And yes — the dog's invited, so the whole family comes along.
Good to know: the block has steep driveways and an internal staircase (a child safety gate is available). Off-street parking fits up to two cars in the top driveway only. Beds are made on arrival and towels are supplied. STRA Permit: [add your PID-STRA number].

Bookings over Christmas and New Year are a minimum of 5 nights. Please ensure that bookings in peak summer holiday season don't leave a gap of less than the 5 nights at the beginning or end of your stay

Beautiful Stay in Jervis Bay
