A short walk to the end of the street takes you to the beach, or just a few steps across the road you're at the leafy park. You can even walk to the local shopping centre. The master bedroom with ensuite is a parents retreat, as it is located on the upstairs level of the home and has direct access to the sunny deck, complete with sun lounges. On the lower level are three further bedrooms, two bathrooms (one being an ensuite), and laundry. The lower split level features the open plan kitchen, living and dining rooms, as well as the front deck with a beautiful outlook. On the back deck there is a covered Bbq with an outdoor dining table. The back yard is fully fenced, so is ideal for families wishing to bring their pet dog on holidays.

The large open plan, light filled fully equipped kitchen with huge island bench creates a space where guests can gather to prepare meals. The kitchen is central between the dining area, the lounge and fireplace and another seating area. The kitchen features a Nespresso coffee machine and quality cooking appliances.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living spaces open out to the undercover deck with an outdoor lounge. From here you can watch your kids playing in the park across the road. Sit on the deck and enjoy a drink while talking to the chef in the kitchen through the servery/bar window.
The lounge area with fireplace has a Smart Tv where guests can settle in and stream movies (using their own streaming service).
L O C A T I O N
The location is ideal for families being a short 5 minute stroll to the local shops (Coles, cafes, bakery, butcher, bottle shop and toy shop) and is across the road from a park with kids play equipment. Just a two minute stroll to the beach and shared bike and walking path which takes you to Plantation Point or into Huskisson (with plenty more beaches to visit along the way)

Bookings over Christmas and New Year are a minimum of 5 nights. Please ensure that bookings in peak summer holiday season don't leave a gap of less than the 5 nights at the beginning or end of your stay
