Vincentia Views is a light filled and luxurious five bedroom home, with unsurpassed panoramic views over the pristine waters of Jervis Bay. Add to this the swimming pool, outdoor spa, hotel quality linen on the beds and beautiful boho furnishings, here you will have everything you wish for.
The total sleeping capacity of this property is 12 guests when travelling with children, however, if travelling without children then no more than 8 adults are permitted to stay.
A C C O M M O D A T I O N
The home features 3 split levels. On the top floor you have the lounge room, kitchen and dining area, as well as the master bedroom with ensuite plus an additional WC. There is also a large entertaining deck complete with magnificent water views.
On the entry level there is a king bedroom with ensuite, as well as the kids bedroom and garage / games room (with table tennis).
On the lower level are two more bedrooms (one King and one Queen), the main bathroom with bath, as well as a second open plan living area and kitchenette. This area opens out to another deck where the 2 person outdoor spa and outdoor shower are located. A few steps down from here is the swimming pool.

The Master bedroom with king bed, ensuite and direct access to deck is located on the top floor.
On the entrance level there is a king bedroom with ensuite, as well as the kids room which has two single beds as well as two trundle beds.
Two additional bedrooms are located on the lower level, one with a king size bed and the other a queen bed.
Bathrooms: Three in total (2 x ensuites, plus the main bathroom with bath). There is also an additional toilet/WC room on top floor

The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, Nespresso Coffee machine and quality appliances. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery as well as pots and pans so you will feel right at home in this kitchen.
L I V I N G ~ A N D ~ E N T E R T A I N M E N T
There are two separate living areas, the main being upstairs, and a second living area on the lower floor. Both have Smart Tv’s, and of course there is the games room, which is a comfortable set up in the large garage, complete with table tennis.
The main lounge area upstairs is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating, and the dining area boasts a large sized table.
The outdoor deck areas have comfortable outdoor lounges for relaxing, and outdoor dining tables and seating, and of course a BBQ.
L O C A T I O N
Vincentia Views is located in a quiet residential street. The beautiful Orion Beach (a favourite of locals) is only a 400 mtr walk away. Here you can also join the walking/bike path which will take you to Huskisson in one direction and to Plantation Pt in the other direction. Vincentia Shopping Village is also within walking distance, or if you prefer to drive, it will take only a minute or two. Hyams Beach, Booderee National Park, and the town of Huskisson are all only a 5 - 10 minute drive. This is the perfect location to enjoy the best of Jervis Bay.

Bookings over Christmas and New Year are a minimum of 5 nights. Please ensure that bookings in peak summer holiday season don't leave a gap of less than the 5 nights at the beginning or end of your stay
